Susanne Dumann von Mansfelden

Susanne Dumann von Mansfelden has studied law at the University of Munich and received her law degree in 1984. During her study she has been working for four years at the Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and International Civil Law in Munich. She has been practicing law in law firms in Ingolstadt and Kassel where she inter alia represented clients before the Federal Supreme Labor Court and the Federal Supreme Social Court and also has been a course lecturer at the adult education center. Beside litigation her practice includes advising on and preparing international corporate and business agreements representing clients from China, Hong Kong and European countries. She speaks English.

Mrs. S. Dumann von Mansfelden is an authorized representative before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) of the European Community and is admitted to the Bavarian Supreme Court, to the Provincial Court of Appeal in Munich and to all Provincial Courts in Germany.
